This 'emperor' is naked and this is one thing that can and needs to be made known... as a start to turn this 'beginning of the end' into a happy ending where freedom of choice is honored and upheld again. After reading your post, Bill, I feel like cattle on the way to the slaughterhouse might feel, but then I pinch myself to wake up to the realization that I am not cattle but a human being with all my rights and corresponding responsibilities attached. It's up to me to act on that realization as best as I can.
