Hi Bill!

What a thought provoking post. It is wonderful that you were able to have such an important "WHY". I would have to say that my children are really my "why" as well. They have been my motivation for many other things too, including my personal growth and my health.

Thanks for sharing some insight into your motivation. It is a sweet story.

Hi Bill,
I always love to hear about great trainings from industry leaders. Many people often find themselves stuck in a rut and have no idea how to get out. This sounds like it could be the tool to help someone.

Thanks for letting us know about it.

Thanks Bill for sharing a valuable resource with us. Dale has so much value in his blog alone, I'd imagine that his product is just incredible.

Breaking the Chains of Mediocrity is something that doesn't happen easy for many. By nature we like to stay in our 'safe place' and are scared to step out and grow.

Thanks for showing me another great leader I can learn from! :)

Hi Bill,

Many people are willing to settle for mediocrity. Others don't even realize that there is a higher standard.

For people who are highly motivated, however, it is sometimes important to recognize that sometimes "good enough" is "good enough".

Thanks for the info Bill - I will have to check it out. I think you are right that we need to look at different perspectives to keep moving forward and keep things "fresh".

Don,

It was great to reconnect this past Tuesday with everyone. It had been a while since we talked.

Nancy,

I do concur with the distractions! This can easily overwhelm a person if allowed to continue. Sometimes we have to just shut some things off for a while.

Hi Bill,

It is difficult to remain focused. There are so many distractions, from FB, to skype, to phone calls, to just having to answer the doorbell for the letter carrier. Most of the time, I am just putting out the biggest fire first.

I think it would help to prioritize the night before.

Bill,
Glad you were with us tonight on our Tribe Tuesday call. Sometimes the accountability to the group can prompt the fact that I need to get a post done. I finished mine for this week about 30 minutes before our call.

Time management can be an ongoing thing. For me, I get it figured out for awhile and then things change again. I have a hard time adapting to the new things and letting go of the old.

I started using a DMO recently. Some days it works...some days it never happens. And so the story continues...
